horrible

I want my money back! BAD 1. Interface is so difficult to use. Every time I drag a tasks up and down I am asked if I want to create a milestone. BAD 2. The calendar does not show more granular view - only at month and cannot see tasks that are shorter in duration. BAD 3. Timer / Alarm / Scheduling missing BAD 4. Does not sync well w Smart Plans Please do not charge so much for such a bad app.

Very Basic

This is just a basic program with no features to justify the price.

Increase Productivity 10-20%

I am CEO of a medical device company. Smart Plans and Smart Cal have together helped me raise my work productivity by 10-20%. Key is spending time to really learn app features. Well worth the effort. The GTD logic works in helping me get the most from each work day. Wonderful tools.

Crashes, no subtasks, etc.

I wish I could get my money back. I purchased this because I wanted to use it in conjunction with Toodledo. Well, it does sync with Toodledo, but what they dont tell you is that it doesnt do subtasks or pick up the stuff that isnt in a project in Toodledo. So if you have carefully planned projects that have subtasks in Toodledo, it wont pull these in. Also, the life balance context categories are limited to the number of contexts they think you should have as well as their predefined colors. Since I already use color in my system, using their colors throws everything off. In this screen, as I make changes to the names of the categories, the program does this weird flickering thing and often then crashes. This would be an expensive program if it worked perfectly. As it is, crashing, not letting you customize the most basic things like how many contexts there are and what their names are, the price is outrageous. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Great concept but poor execution

I didnt experience it crashing on my iPad 2 but I did experience enormous frustration in dragging tasks to reorder their priority or to create subcategories and milestones. Tasks that I was reordering would instead be nested in another task with no way to undo it. Once nested in another task, the only way to undo it was to delete the task and start over. It doesnt sound like a big deal but a task list / project manager with tasks that cant easily be re-prioritized is basically useless. On my iPhone 4S, I had a better experience and find it kind of cool to work with. The syncing between the iPhone and iPad could be better. You cant easily switch back and forth between the phone and the iPad like you can on so many other apps. Data is duplicated or messed up. This is a promising app and could be great.

Crashes and uncooperative

I regret buying this app. It crashes often and is just plain difficult to deal with. Forget calendar syncing, its not going to happen. Their user guide tells you a laundry lists of tricks you shouldnt have to do to try to make sync work. Its 2014! Syncing should just work! Also no refund from this developer in iTunes so that tells you they are not honest. That was $20 thrown away. Do not buy!

Not ready for prime time

Crashes fairly frequently on my IPad Air. Very frustrating trying to reorder the sequences and moving tasks out from nesting. Also when building your tastes you must have a strategy in mind about how this program uses a finish to start logic tie
